Heart Rate Token (HRT) is the in-game utility token. The supply of HRT is unlimited - users earn HRT through the different earning modalities. To ensure the stability of HRT, MetaGym is designed with plenty of burning mechanisms. HRT is burned when users:

  1. Buy additional Metagym Buddy Avatars; allowing the user to earn more per workout.
  2. Upgrade an Avatar's performance attributes; allowing you to earn more per workout.
  3. Purchasre clothings, shoes, and gear for an avatar.
  4. Fail to complete an in-app challenge.
  5. Reparing damage done from over working an avatar.
